Titan Shines in Chicago

Titan Slicers were exhibited for the third time in Chicago at the American Meat Institute Worldwide Food Expo in October/November 2003. Sharing a high profile stand with Schroeter smoke houses had Titan up front and highly visible.

he latest Titan Slicer including two scale head check weigh and feed back system, created great interest with new prospects and existing clients alike who were greatly impressed with the improvements from the original Titan Slicer first exhibited in Chicago back in 1999. Having the opportunity to get up close and personal with the new Titan equipment gave processors the opportunity to evaluate the improved safety guarding, weigh module and control system features, and the response was overwhelmingly positive.

As always the Chicago expo is a great opportunity to make new friends and re-acquaint with old ones and it was great to welcome back some of our loyal customers such as: Alan Lower of Lower Meats, Utah, Dennis Behrmann of Behrmann Meat Processing, Illinois, Morris and Larry Leider of European Quality Meats, Ontario, all of whom had great Titan experiences to share.

The success of exhibiting at large international exhibitions is often measured by the sales confirmed as a result and with over NZ$1,000,000 worth of North American orders received after the Chicago event we feel Titan has well and truly arrived in the USA & Canada.
